Popteen February 2012 Diet Scans!

I officially went back to school today after being away for two weeks because of medical concerns, but I'm all better! The worst part about being away is scrambling to get notes for big exams... Oh well ( ̄へ ̄) 


 I was looking at some February 2012 Popteen scans, and I happened to stop at the diet section. 






            The girl on the left gained 7kg I don't know if she wanted to or not... lol


 I was pondering for awhile if I should go on a diet. I'm happy with my body type right now, but maybe losing the extra five pounds wouldn't be so bad...So after a long time of considering I decided I should just eat healthier, after all a deep fried chicken and fries combo for lunch isn't a smart choice. 


The girls look really skinny to me (・_・ ) ! They didn't look fat in the beginning, maybe it was just their face that was a bit chubby. Heck, if they're happy about their new body then that's great! 


Somewhat of a short post today, need to get back to studying (^_^)

  1. Glad you're feeling better!! Ah you'll lose 5lbs easily if you are just changing some of what you eat. No more soda or changing white bread to wheat, it makes a difference in the long run! Great choice!

    1. Thanks for the encouragement! I threw out all the junk in my fridge, and I don't know why but it felt like a boost that I'm making a difference. Haha weird right? XD

  2. I'm trying to lose weight, too. I always see these diet sections in Japanese mags and wish I understood what they were saying.
